It's B&B-tastic round here

pretty flowersAnother day, another B&B site... This time it's the lovely North Wheddon Farm, a B&B with self catering units perched atop Exmoor on a working farm. We liked the look of it so much that we've decided to go there for the family holiday this year! The site runs Sodapop's simple-to-use CMS. We've also just completed a quick site (including photography) for Bath View Apartment, a self-catering flat in central Bath.

Cyclescheme cleans up on Google

Cyclescheme's website has been growing and growing, and now attracts over 40,000 unique visits per month. We've worked hard to optimise the site for Google and it now ranks top in the natural listings for the search phrases bike to work, cycle to work, bikes for work, tax free bikes, bike scheme, cycle scheme and, of course, cyclescheme...

The Plaine off to a soaring start

The Plaine is a beautiful guest house in the village of Norton St Philip, near Bath. They wanted to update their website and we've just made the new site live at www.theplaine.co.uk. The site boasts a content management system and online enquiry form, we're happy to report that the guest house had seven enquiries by email the day the new website went live!

Triball Rules!

Sportzcoach is a local company that provides sports coaching for schools and youth clubs, and they've devised a new game, Triball, to help engage youngsters in sport. It's been a big hit with local schools and we've helped them to produce a small website to promote it: www.triballrules.co.uk

Anabelles Guest House

We've just completed a new website for Anabelle's Guest House in Bath. As well as handling the design and implementation of the website, we also spent some time taking some pics of the guest house to show it off in its best light! The site uses ourcontent management system which allows Lotfi, the owner, to add and remove pages, and change page copy and images.

Christmas closing

We're closing for Christmas on Friday 21 December, and re-opening the office on Wednesday 2 January. Sodapop wishes you all the compliments of the season!

As of today, Sodapop are ensconced in their swanky new offices: 28 Brock St, Bath, BA12LN. We've got a nice view from our 3rd floor window, and our chairs don't bash together when we're working any more. We're still waiting for our landline though, so for the time being you can contact us on the mobile: 07736 409635 .

More medals for team Sodapop!

The winningest design firm at Cheddar...Bringing our season's medal tally to three, Jez bagged second in men's solo fun and Cathy took home gold in ladies solo fun at the Cheddar Bikefest 4hr enduro. Dave and Rich failed to trouble the podium, but bagged 12th and 13th respectively. Steve got a broken helmet and a stiff neck for his troubles after stacking into a tree on the first lap, but still managed not to come last!

Medals from Bristol!Well, we got a medal anyway... Team Sodapop Cylesport, resplendent in corporate finery, stormed to third place in the Mixed Fun Teams category at the Bristol Bikefest 12hr Enduro. Big thanks to Rich, Emily and secret weapon Cass for turning out in team colours...

Team Sodapop cyclesport

Team Sodapop's first outing was a not particularly creditable but nonetheless enjoyable 88th place in the mixed category of the Saab Salomon Mountain Mayhem 24hr mountain bike race. Thanks to Cathy, Rob, Steve and Jez. I promise we'll have a Sodapop cycling strip by next year...
